Job description
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented
IT Sales Executive to drive the sales of our software services. The ideal female candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting software solutions, and closing deals. This role requires a solid understanding of software solutions, client needs, and sales processes in the B2B space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the companys software products to prospective B2B, B2C clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and networking.
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Understand customer needs and propose relevant software features and benefits.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the product and technical team to provide pre- and post-sales support.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date on product developments, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software sales or IT services sales.
- Strong understanding of B2B, B2C software sales cycles and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools like CRM software, MS Office, and video conferencing tools.
