Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive at ACME Web Technology will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our innovative web solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads, follow up proactively, and convert them into business deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare customized proposals and solutions based on client needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new areas of growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to optimize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strategic and analytical thinking for effective problem-solving.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferred but not mandatory) .
